After doing maybe 7 days of Tribunal, I think I have truly found a gem here. This guy managed to die more times than there were minutes in the game in a few of his games. Check out the picture I created here for the game information/chat log, this is truely amazing…
Blizzard previously nerfed Firelands across the board making most bosses 15% easier, so my group is now 6/7 heroic and has killed 1 new boss per night for at least the past 4-5 nights of raiding. Very disappointing, but not as disappointing as missing an entire teir of raiding and having an 8 boss raid instance be the last one in an expansion.
I posted my first Ranked game as Kennen on YouTube! It took me awhile to figure out a way to run Fraps in LoL since the Riven patch absolutely destroyed my recording FPS. I fast forwarded through most of the none important parts and slowed it back to normal speed for the team fights and my kills. In fast forward Kennen looks like a red Sonic the Hedgehog! Enjoy!

I apologize for the lack of Mogblogs I prefer to make a new Mogblog post each time I have a new video to post. Lately I have been playing a lot of League of Legends and a patch that is 3-4 weeks old broke recording for Fraps. Although I did find an alternative, there is a 3rd party program that saves and loads LoL replays! Huzzah!
I have been playing the new game mode in LoL called Dominion, its similar to Arathi Basin in World of Warcraft, but in LoL’s case the game is very fast paced, chaotic, and fun! I can’ wait till it goes live so I can do more murdering with Akali
I just became a ‘level 30 summoner’ this morning, and played a glorious first ranked match as Kennen my lightning coke-head ninja hero. I have the replay and might try and make a video of my first victory (given that I can make Fraps work).
Upon obtaining a lvl 30 account I can and have signed up for a service known as Tribunal. Tribunal is basically a way for lvl 30 players to go over all the reports that are submitted about players using foul language and intentionally ruin the game. You can win free IP if your judged a person appropriately which is pretty sweet. It unlocks access to the all the players in game chat logs in the games that the player was reported for, which resulted in some heavy laughs. Of which one of my favorites was:
“WetDonkeyBalls (Gangplank) [All] [00:27:00]: so stfu and put on ur big pants baby shit.”
Posting another one of my IWBTG videos, I have this one, plus one more on YouTube that I have Mogblogged yet. I also started to record my next part and the game hung, control+alt+delete wouldn’t close the game so I gave up for the time being.

THIS UNIT IS A FLIPPIN NINJA! I grinded levels 18-20 in the past few days in League of Legends in order to purchase runes in order to improve the statistics all the characters I am currently playing. Of which is a crazy lightning chipmunk ninja named Kennen, so original.
So I figure its time to talk about Moggin’, a new term coined by Blizzard for their new in-game system called Transmogrification in World of Warcraft used to change the look of your current equipment to look like another item! I have been 2 manning Blackwing Lair the past few weeks in order to get a Red Dragon Scale Protector to do some moggin’ with! I really hope moggin’ doesn’t make WoW silly looking, with everyone of all levels wearing ‘unique’ looking armor. Its really hard for me to put it into words, but there is something nice about how the game constantly changes and so does the look of gear and moggin’ destroys the concept! :(
I uploaded IWBTG part 5, my fight against Mike Tyson! I played parts 6-7 drunk! After part 7 I am about half way through the game, the next part I have to play I tried back before the ‘Mind of Mog’ was created and I couldn’t get past this fucking shy guy. Time to take off my purse and get the job done! Parts 6 and 7 will be uploaded in the next few days! Enjoy!

Lately I have been slacking on Mogblog posts, I apologize! I have played and rendered all of Fear 3, but it takes like 6-8 hours per part upload so it will be awhile before I get them all up, 15 parts in all. I also updated the ‘Playthrough’ link for the 5 total parts I have already uploaded.
I found the largest cluster of minerals EVER in Minecraft the other day, I made a quick 1 minute video on it that can be viewed here.
We did the special encounter in order to progress in getting the legendary staff from Firelands, our special boss kill video can be found here. This is a once and done thing, we can’t ever go back and fight him again without collecting another 25 embers off of normal Firelands bosses so I think its pretty cool that I recorded it.
I created the first video of ‘WoW Raiding (Griefing) with Templar Knights’ which is about the dumb shit we do to try and murder each other while raiding. Good times, working on a second one already.

CivWorld kicks ass and you should all start playing it even though its a Facebook game.
Almost done creating WoW Firelands videos (click here for our Majordomo Staghelm kill) and I will be making more Heroic Instance Runs with Marcato and Friends, but I have been making too many WoW videos lately so I finally picked FEAR 3 for a playthrough. I also have more IWBTG rendered and ready for upload to YouTube but I think I wanna space them out a bit from each other since they take so long to edit and it was awhile between my first post of IWBTG 1 and 2, to 3 and 4.
Since I still raid and use up most of my hard drive’s space on Wed. and Thurs. I might be awkwardly posting the FEAR 3 parts around those dates since recording anything with Fraps takes up a lot of space and the first FEAR 3 part took 3 hours to render and 9~ hours to upload to YouTube which I do while sleeping.

I spent the past 3 days editing and rendering videos and I will be again today! I need to figure out a new game to do a playthrough on. I am thinking Legend of Zelda 2 - Link, F.E.A.R. 3, or Super Metroid.
I will be finishing IWBTG or at least I think its safe to say I plan on it. The only reason I didn’t say anything before about it was because I thought I might just say ‘FUCK IT!’ and stop playing it at any moment. The only reason I am not playing IWBTG straight through is because each part that I play through is roughly 1 hour-1.5 hours edited down to 15 minutes. It really takes A LOT of time to edit these videos sometimes 2-4 times the amount of time it took me to play it originally. Unlike how I did Legend of Zelda for the NES where I could just cut off another section of a large chunk of video then render and upload it with little to no editing involved.
This is me and my buddy Marcato, doing and explaining some heroics in WoW, I will be periodically releasing these in order to better put up variety on the mogblog and my YouTube account. We achieve bear-i-goodness in this video too! Enjoy!

Two nights ago I uploaded my ‘I Wanna Be The Guy! Dracula Part 4!’ Video. When I went to view it, YouTube flagged it with it’s Content-ID scanner. YouTube has a program that runs on all videos uploaded that takes a 30s clip of your video and tests video clips, sound effects, and music for copyright infringement. Some company claimed that they owned copyrights to some part of my video.
“Your video, I Wanna Be The Guy! Dracula Part 4, may include content that is owned or administered by these entities:
Entity: Music Publishing Rights Collecting Society
Content Type: Musical Composition”
The copyrighted content in question seems to be the Castlevania music in the background of my video. There are many videos out there of IWBTG, including many on the specific boss battle I performed. In my IWBTG videos I often ‘shotgun’ several deaths at once where the music is constantly being cut from segment to segment. I figured that the Content-ID scanner YouTube uses to detect copyright infringement so happened to scan these sections and somehow match it to some other ‘musical composition’ in its database.
After some research I found that many people were having problems with Music Publishing Rights Collecting Society fraudulently copyright flagging people’s work on YouTube. As it turns out the MPRCS doesn’t normally take down people’s videos that they hit with the fraudulent copyright bullshit, instead they just put advertisements on your video and profit from them. I submitted the simple dispute form via YouTube and instantly the copyright infringement notice was removed from my video. Looks like I could have been right with my hypothesis with YouTube’s Content-ID scanner, but we will see in the next week or so if this claim is really was bullshit.
At least my video is safe for now! Enjoy some slow motion action!

Diablo 3 looks like its on the horizon! 1. Activision Earning Call - During the latest conference call, Activision announced that the beta would start during Q3 2011, that’s between July 1st and September 30th. Read more at the link I posted in that last line, or just visit MMO-Champion.com.
Also I finished leveling and gearing my horde shaman for PVP healing, if anyone wants to get together online with the new realid grouping system, add me: MrMog64@email.com *I will also be posting this in a Facebook comment.
This is our Alysrazor kill in WoW, I often call it the ‘Phoenix Boss’ because I have no idea how to pronounce or spell it’s name. Expect more of RedBlaze’s amazing explanations. Between dodging tornados, toasting flaming death chickens, and playing some starfox this is my favorite WoW video that I have created thus far.

My birthday is coming up on July 26th and I will be turning 26! God damn I am getting old.
Anivia. The League of Legends hero of my dreams is free to play this week, sometime soon I plan on purchasing her so I can use her all the time. Freezing and shattering my targets like the boss she is. I am working on making some sort of LoL video, but I am not exactly sure how I want to go about it. Looking for some ideas…
On Wednesday night’s raid I was stuck being a healer which is normally fine with me, but after that night I realize that I can no longer be a healer. After an hour of raiding I couldn’t keep my eyes open and had a hard time listening to my raid leader even when we were talking to each other over ventrilo. It wasn’t that I was healing poorly or that it was difficult, I just simply was so tired of healing that I get drained of all my energy and had to go to sleep. When I am DPSing I could play all night and not get tired while raiding. It is odd, but I think its in my best interest to stay the hell away from Derek Zoolander.
Lots of WoW boss kills. Between the 2 bosses last night, the IWBTG Dracula kill, and all the LoL recording I have been doing, I have been quite busy editing. I spent 8-9 hours today editing the majority of it and now I am spent. This is our kill on Lord Rhyolith our 4th boss kill in Firelands.

Lately I have been playing a lot of Battlefield 2 Bad Company! Its a pretty cool game, leveling up your classes and gaining specializations and new guns is pretty fun. I still prefer Counter Strike as a FPS but that is because I like how no one has an advantage with ranks or levels and what the challenge comes down to is being able to make the shot instead of dropping mortars on peoples heads but that is personal preference I guess.
Minecraft: I made a mine cart tunnel between my Desecrated Tower and my Tree Farm!
World of Warcraft: Worst week of raiding ever :( but at least I am done catching up with PvP gear! Me and my friend Bill got ZA bears! They added cross server group queueing for the random dungeon finder! If you play alliance and want to do some dungeons add me as a RealID friend: MrMog64@email.com
I started playing another part of I Wanna Be The Guy and it actually turned out pretty well. I blew through everything in this part of the video, and took like 3 hours on dracula which I still have to edit and am dreading to do so. That will be one of my next videos. Enjoy mogbloggers!

Possible Minecraft Movie?
A few days ago MaximusBlack finally did the second adventure ‘Mogtech 2’ we created for him. He watched the introduction video I created for the adventure on his Live stream in front of 500~ other viewers. At the end he clapped for about 30 seconds, came on ventrilo while on his live feed, and asked me to help him out making his Minecraft movie. Of course I agree! I also got a lot more YouTube subscribers/views/channel views due to some shameless advertising on MaximusBlack’s behalf.
I have been reading a lot of manga lately, all I have to say about that is: Claymore fucking rules.
Recently we got our 3rd boss kill in Firelands, this guy is an absolute joke!

Last year on July 4th, I watched a marathon of the previous season of the TV show 24 aka The Adventures of Jack Bauer because Jack Bauer is the American hero! This year I decided to do the same thing and I downloaded the most recent ‘Day’ of 24 and late last night I started to watch it only to realize that it was the same season as I watched last year. Upon a wikipedia search I now realize that 24 has been canceled as a TV show, but they are in the works for a movie come 2012. Huge letdown, but at least there is something else on the way for the series.
Been playing a lot of League of Legends lately, its a free to play ‘DotA’ game (Defense of the Ancients) in which you control one hero, on a team of 5 players, vs another 5 players. It is pretty fun, I am adding it to the games I play link section on the right side of my mogblog.
Templar Knights’ Beth’tilac kill video is also up, we killed that spider on 6/30/2010 but it took time to edit it and upload it to YouTube. Also added the link to the WoW Video section of my mogblog. Enjoy the epic RedBlaze simple boss explanation.

One Boss into Firelands, 720GB of Video to Edit!
Templar Knights and I downed the first boss named Shannox in Firelands on 6/29/2011! After sorting through 720GB+ of full .avi video and struggling through Adobe After Effects to make 3d intros, I created our first boss kill video!
The video is below, but also I created a World of Warcraft Video section to my mogblog in order to not clog up my Playthroughs or Games For Gamers section with a shit ton of WoW videos, because I doubt I will make a post for every boss kill video I create. Enjoy!

After having my processor hit 93 degrees celsius because of rendering special effects in Sony Vegas, it will be awhile before I try and make something special like my previous video. So instead of video editing all day I decided to get back to playing!
As I may have mentioned before, I re-subscribed to World of Warcraft for the 4.2 update which includes the new Firelands raid instance. I plan on making series of videos of me dicking around in WoW while having a good time clearing endgame content but first I need to gear up my shaman. I will be attempting to raid on my shaman with specialization in the elemental tree (earth wind fire water heart go planet!) , but to appropriately do that I needed to run 5-man dungeons back to back in order to gear myself up enough to put out enough damage in the new raid. So I have been sitting in 30-45 minute dungeon queues, while on another WoW client I am PvPing on a private server. Me and my friend Zach have been grinding out some gear so we can participate in the fun, fast, and intense PvP of WotLK. Now you might be asking ‘Why not PvP on the server your paying to play on?!’ and that is because Blizzard butchered world PvP with flying mounts and in Cataclysm they gave everyone a lot more life, while barely increasing the damage output. In other words if you are capable of PvPing and you have healers no one ever dies.
Lately I have been watching the Nostalgia Critic and all the crossovers between him and my favorite YouTuber Angry Video Game Nerd. Nostalgia Critic currently has 211~ reviews of older TV shows, Movies, and Advertisements. There is a lots of witty content that is fun to watch, so I am adding it to the ‘Media I Watch’ section of my links on the mogblog.
My very first YouTube video Mind of Mog: Minecraft Player Trap posted on March 16th 2011 just hit over 1000 views! This is the most popular video I have created, and surprisingly I had no idea what I was doing when I made it and it still did well. So I decided to create another video on another trap I often use to kill people. When I uploaded this video I received this message at the top of my screen. “Congratulations! Your account is now enabled for uploads longer than 15 minutes. Click the Upload button below to select a video. ” I thought this benefit was only for YouTube Partners which actually make money off YouTube via having a lot of video views and subscribers. But apparently its not! FUCK YEAH!

I recently re-subscribed to WoW for a few reasons: New Firelands Raid, I want to make WoW videos on boss kills and instance playthroughs for fun, and I may want to do some PvP with the recent shaman changes such as being able to perminately cast lightning bolt while moving! I don’t expect to be raiding 5 nights a week, while grinding rating and arena points on 3 characters, mass recruiting for my guild’s raid, doing a random heroic with morons every day, or anything else that simply takes too much time and commitment to the game. The plan is to raid in a 10 man setting 2 nights a week with decent people. And my total gold acquired is still broke! :)
My Legend of Zelda for NES Playthrough is completed! See my YouTube Channel or the Play-Throughs link on the right side of the mogblog.
Over the past two weeks I decided to challenge my skills with editing video. I was creating the introduction to Mogtech 2 during that time, but I have completed it! I learned how to use many more functions in Sony Vegas Pro, I starting to learn how to use Adobe After Effects for special effects in videos, and I started working with sound effects. It was a big project but its now complete and I think it looks great, I can’t wait to see MaximusBlack do the adventure for it.
